As a Monkey Quest Member you can access every tribe, including the new Ice Raiders tribe. Play through your quests until you speak to each tribe leader to access each area.

If you come across a trail that is locked it means you haven't played enough of the storyline quests yet. Check your quest journal for the main quests.
